Meet Randy Pullen, the new General Manager here at Nalley Volvo. As a citizen of Atlanta for the past 26 years, Randy knows how to make fellow Georgians feel comfortable. "My main goal at our store is to make each and every customer… feel welcome," he says. "I want to create the absolute best experience possible. We are in the people business, not the car business."
In his 19 years in the auto industry, Randy has been told by several customers that he is a great listener, an attribute that he says contributed to his success. Randy started his career in the auto industry as a vendor, fixing scratches on cars for dealers, but by working hard and listening to what his customers wanted, he quickly ascended to a leadership position.
In his spare time, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3-month-old daughter. He firmly believes that family is the most important thing, and he has worked hard to make every employee at Nalley Volvo feel that they are all a part of his "work family." Randy is also a licensed pilot, and he recently started playing Polo. He says that learning such a unique sport, along with the incredible interaction with horses, makes it a very "exciting and fulfilling" hobby.
